As Express Pardons discusses in their blog, the National Parole Board has now released their list of the top 10 pardoned offences in Canada from 2000 to 2010.
The list is as follows:

#1 Pardoned Offence in Canada – Driving with more than 80 mgs of alcohol in 100 ml of blood

#2 Pardoned Offence in Canada – Assault

#3 Pardoned Offence in Canada – Theft

#4 Pardoned Offence in Canada – Driving while ability impaired

#5 Pardoned Offence in Canada – Breach of the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act

#6 Pardoned Offence in Canada – Breach of the Narcotic Control Act

#7 Pardoned Offence in Canada – Break, enter and theft

#8 Pardoned Offence in Canada – Theft under $1000

#9 Pardoned Offence in Canada – Mischief

#10 Pardoned Offence in Canada – Fail to appear
